• I came in to get a Neuromuscular massage with Ashley because I had severe knee pain and the massage definitely took a lot of tension off my knees. We did some muscle manipulation stretches during our session as well. My appointment was yesterday and today I woke up with absolutely no knee pain! This is my second massage with Ashley and she always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed :)
