Glenn Kennedy, the owner is an amazing instructor - he understands the body/ body mechanics extremely well and can see where your challenges are. Plus, he gives hands-on adjustments, which are incredibly helpful. Beautifully, designed studio and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend G:50 Studio!
