• It was my first pilates class ever and I was really nervous about keeping up with the class since the machine intimidated me. My instructor was super kind to me and made sure my machine was set to a proper weight and made sure my form was correct and/or helped me adjust myself alternative exercises that I was able to do instead since I'm not the most flexible atm. I will definitely be back and am looking forward to getting a membership in January!
