The instructors are relaxing, thoughtful, friendly and knowledgeable! The studio is always clean and smells amazing. The ambiance of the waiting area, reception and studio itself is so peaceful and serene. I always look forward to class, especially since I am a new mommy and they serve as my "me" time. I particularly enjoy how the hot yoga classes are not only a great mindfulness practice but also a decent workout. To top it all off, the pricing is very fair and relatively inexpensive, especially for the care and attention that goes into the studio!
