Helene is so welcoming and always remembers that I is usually come with my daughter. If my daughter isn't there she asks after her. She really makes me feel like I am a part of the community. The volunteer at the front desk that night was also lovely. She welcomed me, saying she forgot my name, but knew I had been there before. I love how both of them are building community.
