I so look forward to Christie's gentle yoga class. She is very well trained in the body, yoga and energy work. I have followed Christie for over 15 years at Fusion Yoga. I know my body is stronger and more flexible. I especially love her guided meditations at the end of savasana. That is why I give the highest score possible.
