Fusion Yoga is my neighborhood yoga studio. Faculty consistently combine compassion with expertise. I would love to go back to more hands-on adjustments or at least walk arounds for spotting suggestions, however, a challenge with also having videotaping.

I always feel wonderful after leaving class! Bridget does an amazing job of running the class with detailed easy to follow instructions. I find class to be both challenging and relaxing! I always leave refreshed and grounded.
I felt super comfortable, getting out of my comfort zone, as I haven't experienced a group class in quite some time. The instructor made it easy to follow along, and I never felt like I was "not getting it" or behind. It was a great experience!
