I've gone to Fusion for several years. Consistently the instructors change their moves and challenge us to do new things. Learned so much I didn't know.
I am thrilled with Fusion Yoga Studio. They are commendable for their creative ways to make yoga accessible to everyone. There are options for in person or zoom and if you can't make the zoom you can have a recording for 3 days to watch at your leisure. There's a peaceful and clean environment. The offerings are quite expansive, from different styles/modalities of practice to even teacher training. Fusion meets you where you are at, and honors your assessment of what your body needs. I can't say enough about how my life has improved as a result of coming to Fusion.
