• Reception is always friendly and they use my title. Seems like a small thing, but I spent 36 years earning that grade/rank and I am thankful when folks recognize it. My personal therapist/ masseuse was really nice and competent. I was really relaxed and she "tuned" the massage to my sore spots. The decor is pleasant, my room was clean, and the staff was personable. I felt like they appreciated my business, and they were interested that I was satisfied and that I would return. And I will!
