• I go there to exercise,and I have to concentrate and if you're in a noisey gym you can't do that.there are sometimes 15 or 20 people there and they are doing what I'm doing.every body comes in and starts.no one is looking at you, especially young ladies.no body is eye balling them . Dave has a fine club and his staff do all they can to help you exercise properly.

• Mrs carol helped me with equipment, Dave is always very nice and friendly and welcoming. The gym is very clean and I like the availability of different equipment.
