It's pretty good but also expensive

I like Ally's way of teaching. I get a challenging workout as she watches body alignment. I learn to apply what she teaches to use on my own, which is empowering. A true teacher. (Versus instructors who think their role is to be the sole source, creating dependency, getting students to rely on them.)
