It's such a positive atmosphere! Catherine and all her staff are very helpful! I hadn't been back since CoVID and my pride was getting in the way of me coming back sooner bc I wasn't in as good of shape as when I left...I should have come back sooner! There was nothing but love and encouragement!!! The classes focus on you doing whatever level is best for and those levels can change from day to day and that's ok!!! Its's not about being a certain size or looking like someone else. It's about being the best and healthiest you! And that truly what Catherine and her staff believe and live out!!!
