• Melissa was very attentive in my group class at 6PM on Thursday evening. For my first pilates class ever, she showed me the proper moves and encouraged me throughout my session which made me feel like well taken care of. I do not feel I could accidentally hurt myself and feel comfortable with her instructions. Would recommend her classes to anyone and everyone to try!
