After signing up for the class on line and attending the class, I was hoping there would be a person or a desk of some sort to speak to someone about more information about classes and packages. I guess you just have to find your own way and just sign up for a class hoping you would like it

I love the variety of classes and the community. Mondays and Wednesdays are my favorite because I can do a hard class and follow it up with a yin or restorative in one visit. Literally the best days of my week. Grateful for the space.
