As a recent transplant from Canada I was looking for a place that had a similar feel as the studio I was attending at home. As soon a I entered for my first class here, I knew I had found what I was looking for. I feel like I have been a member for much longer than I have due to the warm vibe from all the instructors and fellow members. I now recommend it to everyone I have met who’s looking for a studio.

I always have a great experience at Full Body. All the instructors are friendly and make the classes something I look forward to after work. I have really been enjoying Genevieve’s dance class recently. She is very welcoming and her energy is awesome.

This was my 2nd class with Alyssa. She is very welcoming and sets an accepting non judgmental tone. In addition, she is very knowledgeable and gives alternative options for every pose since everyone’s skill level is different. Namaste Alyssa
