This was my first yoga class ever. I was extremely nervous about looking silly and not knowing all the poses. Kelsey was the instructor and she made the class for someone like me easy to follow along. Half way through I had relaxed enough to really start enjoying myself. I will be back and have already told friends about it!

The new studio is both comforting & inviting. Ratona is simply amazing. Her positive vibes & energy are contagious. One cannot leave there feeling anything other than BETTER than when they arrived! The 2021 Vision Board class was exactly what I needed. It was even better than anticipated.
