• Great instructor. This was my first class in a year or more. The changes in the studio were wonderful and conducive to having a peaceful calming experience.

• It was a small class size. The instructor encouraged us to take or leave her suggestions. It was challenging and traditional. At the end the whole body scan, meditation, sage, and lavender towels were such a nice treat to a challenging class. I'd love if the time was 15 minutes earlier. My family and I go to church at 9 or 11. I obviously miss the 9. I made it to 11, but it was a rush!
