I really loved my experience at Frozen Wellness. The reception guy was super nice and answered all the questions I had thoroughly. And I asked a lot of questions. He was also great at getting me set up in the leg compression sleeves and explaining how it worked and how it was benefitting me. The gal who did my local cryo was also very nice and did a great job explaining what she was doing and how it was benefitting me. The only negative thing about Frozen Wellness is its location. Well, for me anyway, driving from NE Portland. The 24 minutes to get there and the 30 minutes to get home sucks! If you get to a point where you want to open a second location please consider close-in NE Portland. :~)
