• When I arrived for my appt. I was greeted with a friendly welcome. My service began on time. My service was conducted in a professional manner by one of the owners and we had enjoyable conversation during the service. The service was conducted in a consistent manner with my previous visits. After my service concluded, I asked another one of the owners a number of questions regarding a treatment for a condition my husband has. She spent a good amount of time giving me specific information about the treatment and why the one she was recommending would work best for my husband. Within a few days after my visit, I received a follow up communication which showed me gratitude for my business . As a former business owner, I think they hit all the right points of friendliness and professionalism . As a client, I felt very satisfied with the service and appreciated for the business by them. That's a win-win. It also reflects the way I conducted my business, too. I am happy to share my experience.
