• Actually I would Give it a 20! Making the appointment was enjoyable because I had a ton of questions and they were answered with patients and kid gloves ....I was running late and the call dropped and I got a call back and my dilemma of running late was handled with no problem at all..... Now here is the funny ( not so funny for my stylist ) the poor woman put up with my questions, my lack of professional verbiage, my "inventing my own hair cut" as well as my 1 million pictures that were all across the board....she was attentive but took control. She had to be stressed as most stylists / colorists are with me. Just to mention I am a nightmare client who knows what she wants but does not to even a decent job at explaining it. She read between the lines....she chose the most amazing colors for my hair , it not only looks natural but it compliments all of my features and desires. This woman is amazing ! The cut came out gorgeous with a slight disconnect, while keeping my corners, giving me a sexy angled bang and leaving me looking like a bomb shell! I am surprised she didn't kick me out on my but with all my needs ! I absolutely love her and o have been to some of the most upscale salons in Boston and new York and nobody can shine her shoes! Thank you to her for all her Kindness and skill. I will never let anyone else touch my hair so long as she is around.
