• Number one, I don't have to wear a mask while Mari was working on me; 2- She gave me background and information and reasoning as to what she was going to do before she did it; that made me feel like she cared about my feelings and perceived my nervousness. 3- her office was clean and beautiful, and I was comfortable in chairs and on the table; 4- She offered to see me in two weeks for a complimentary 15 minute follow up and any needed redo is complementary.
