Savanna is great with me, as my needling yesterday was very painful (Even with the numbing solution) I really like the robo who makes appts. And Ashley did a great job on my brows. I also like the fact they accept Groupon, I've spent almost $1000. On product and extras. Also, my daughter bought the monthly program, as I will when I return from our Summer home. I really like the products I've purchased!! Everyone is very nice there, I feel welcome there
