I give a MUCH lower score for the booking. I made it after I called and got the text link. First I was told there was no Mary. I had to search to find her different spelling of Mari. Shouldn't be that hard! Until the night before, I had no idea I wasn't going to my usual location off Scottsdale & Pima. I called and clarified things with the front desk...even noting where in Desert Ridge this was near as I had little time to spare and coming from a good distance at a previous appointment but I didn't want to lose my spot! I was running ragged...got there...parking was tough...but no store front! I walked and looked...FINALLY, I guessed that it might be in a collective suite set up. Zero directions, no one to help...I roamed and finally found the Suite. Really really bad customer service and care, especially when a member!! BUT...Mari was exceptional, calming me from the heat and anxiety. Her treatment is calming, targeted to my needs, and kept me informed throughout. She shared my thoughts and goals and helped me to find some new things in my path, while supporting my current work with Savannah. Believe me, thank Mari, as I was ready to give up!!
