• Freedom Yoga Center is truly my favorite place to come practice yoga. Bridget has done an amazing job creating a space that is not only comfy, but also welcoming to all levels. Each instructor I have been lucky enough to take a class from, delivers an outstanding experience every time I step onto my mat. Don’t be intimidated to try something new, you might surprise yourself that you fall in love with it as much as I did!
