• Therapist suggested a different & better approach to want I'd originally wanted because of the fact that I'm in a severe Lupus flare, which my usual deep tissue massage could actually make things worse at this stage in the disease process vs a different massage technique. It was an extremely relaxing and just as soothing massage! Who knew? So glad I listened!
