• Sarah is incredibly focused on what I need and want from my massage in terms of areas of concern, areas I prefer to have her focus attention on, the environment, massage pressure, and basically my overall customer satisfaction. She takes notes of my comments and concerns for my next visit and she reviews and remembers them. That she loves what she does is communicated through her hands, arms and elbows. The entire experience is relaxing and decompressing from the moment I arrive to when I close the door behind me on my way out.
