• Sarah's techniques are incredible. I can tell that once her hands touch my body they know exactly where to go. I can feel my muscles literally unwinding and releasing and relaxation immediately sets in. She truly has a gift and any therapist I've ever seen at Freedom has impressed me, and brought my stress levels from crazy high, to barely there. I'm so thankful there is a place like Freedom in the world, especially with all the craziness going on nowadays. It really is an escape.
