I really appreciated how carefully the intake and Michelle inquired about needs and sensitive areas and sensed out possible trauma / areas we wouldn't like worked on. A+ Only quick comment would be it looked like the text phone # may not be linked well with the rest of tech systems? When I arrived I texted and then after waiting had to call to actually be let in
