• Nicolette always addresses any issues I come in to treat. This last visit, I came with strong pain in my lower back and now the pain is almost gone. She is very professional and proactively communicates with me about how pains or tensions occur and how I can help it after the massage.

• Like every other massage I've had at Freedom massage, I not only feel relaxed after but also feel like any pains/issues I had going in were resolved... it wasn't just a "nice massage" but actually accomplished something. I felt that Sarah was very knowledgeable and did her homework before my appointment too. I appreciate when my massages are more like what I would get with a physical therapist and less like a spa (where it's purely about pampering).
