• I love my regular masseuse, and when she was out sick, I was contacted promptly about the schedule change, and one of her coworkers offered to see some of the clients who would have to be cancelled or rescheduled. The communication through the process was great, and even though I am picky about massages, I made to feel that the new person would do a great job. And she did! Jess was great!! First, it was just a fantastic massage. Second, she actually read all of the notes in my file, so she knew all of my problem areas and preferences. Third, even though she clearly "studied" for my visit, she still took plenty of time to talk with me at the beginning about what my needs were. Plus, she was friendly and professional. Absolutely no complaints. Would highly recommend!
