• As always, I felt very welcomed when I arrived. Stephanie (my massage therapist for this visit) was very professional, and 'present' as she asked me about any current discomfort/ongoing issues/sensitivities etc. My massage was exceptional. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

• It was a high quality massage focused on zones in which I had pain/ strain. I asked for a medium pressure - that is always difficult because it is not easy to be between too soft or too hard Pressure was perfect. Also thought that it was very generous with time - a good 90 mn. All in all - a very good experience. I like that your survey uses NPS methodology. Happy to be a Promoter.
