• From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The receptionist was the kindest and so personable. I have never had a wax before, but Haley made me feel comfortable and there was NO awkwardness. It was a great experience!

• First and foremost the Receptionist is always so kind, welcoming and helpful. Even when my hairdressers come and go, I end up returning to Fredericks, because of the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The massage therapist was wonderful, she focused on me, and did not try to converse the whole time. Very relaxed when I left. Thank you
