• Technician could have verbally walked through what she was doing. When your eyes are closed it is nice for the tech to tell you before they touch you, otherwise your nervous system cannot put its guard down. For example, "Okay, (client name), now I am going to apply the tint. (Applies tint). Great. Now we will leave it for 12 minutes to process. How are you doing? Do you need anything?"
