• During the procedure at one point I was supposed to look away, but I only looked half partly away. Well, some wax ended up on my glasses and I laughed it off as my kids have done much worse to them. Well my vagician went above and beyond to make sure that my glasses were squeaky clean. They were cleaner leaving the shop than when i had come in. The job was amazing and quick. We laughed off the wax incident then I argued that it did not need to be compensated but she insisted. So when I got to the front desk to pay they said Merry Christmas and it was on the house! I could not believe it! Such amazing customer service and cannot wait to go back! And tell all of my friends too!
