• It was the first time using such a service - waxing. Obviously there's some element of anxiety for a male in a facility that is predominantly targeted to females. Your staff was so professional from the moment I was in the door through Kelsey's treatment that I would have to describe the whole sequence was exactly what a great business wants to deliver, that is getting the customer to 'wow'. I look forward to my next visit.
