• Nina was kind, professional, and more thorough in terms of the laser treatment than any other technician I've had. This is very important to me given the cost of the service. In the past a more senior tech who is no longer in Victoria spent onlyan hour in total for prepping me & doing a full leg laser treatment. I wondered why, after 6 sessions, some areas like my toes and my panty line had only been lasered once. This had me wondering whether I had really come to the right business for this service. Nina's excellent job, her caring attitude and professionalism, and above all her thoroughness reassured me that I am in the right place where I truly get the service I'm paying for.
