• I walked in and really loved the vibe of the place I was a bit put off by having to scan a QR code instead of an appointment instead of someone just taking my name down when I first got there I hate doing things on my phone I spend so much time on my phone for business when I'm doing things for myself I don't want to have to have my phone in my hand my barber was great he was a little under the weather wasn't anything that impeded his ability to do his job so definitely a 9 out of a perfect 10 just because I really felt like you should have a receptionist or a a shop girl taking down appointments and managing walk-ins
