The experience was nothing like I imagined. Everything was cordial and professional. I especially liked how the esthetician explained what she was applying to my face and how it should help the appearance of the skin on my face. The timing of this was perfect. I had just completed products from a major brand and wasn't sure of the next step. It is early but I think this is my next step. Thanks!
