Charlene was amazing & was always quick to make sure the pressure was enough & that I was feeling good. Loved the atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
The two at the front desk need to improve how they greet customers such as how may I help you, welcome to forum spa, offer drink choices when a client replies yes they would like a drink, give directions as to what to do next instead of assuming the customer remembers. Everything else was a 10!!
