The consultant I spoke with was very pleasant, considerate, patient, answered all my questions, very soft spoken and nice, the room smelled lovely with very relaxing music.

The spa is beautiful, clean, and neat. The staff is very professional, sweet, kind and courteous. My massage was wonderful and my massage therapist was so caring and supportive. The manager has always been wonderful. I always recommend Forum Spa.
