They front staff was supercsweet, Harley was absolutely professional and calming making my first experience like this (that I considered canceling b/c of awkwardness) as comfortable as possible
The service and personality
Until my appointment at the Forum Spa, i had never gotten a professional massage before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone was super professional and answered any and all of my questions. I was able to relax and enjoy myself, and will definitely be back!
