Kelly was wonderful! However, I was not able to truly relax bc of all the. The entire 90 minutes I heard a staffember outside the door either laughing, walking with flip flops, knocking on the rooms door I was in, or loudly shutting other doors. It was unfortunate.
Very professional, nice environment. There was an issue with the air and they worked hard to resolve it quickly.
