The moment I walked in the receptionist was very friendly and inviting. The atmosphere was calming and comfortable. While waiting to receive my massage two other therapists just looked at me and walked by as if I was not there. My massage therapist was great. When she came out of the room with her other client she greeted me. (Not sure if she knew I was her client) When she came back to change the room she let me know it would be a moment. Overall great experience.
