The facility had a nice relaxing ambiance and Lori gave the perfect amount of pressure during my massage. She was very welcoming and professional.
I was impressed with how friendly I was received, how clean the spa is and the massage therapist relieved my tention in my neck. Wish I had made it for an 90 minutes. I just moved to Florence and I know the Forum Spa will be seeing more of me.
