  • There is room for improvement around the indoor pool area there are crevices that are black and need to be scrubbed clean. There was also a big cloud of dirt floating around at the bottom of floor of the indoor pool. There was an employee trying to push it toward the drain which did nothing. He just gave up and walked away. On the other hand I think you are the best fitness center in the Knoxville area. The fees are affordable in that there are a lot of specialty classes available at no extra charge. I especially like that they offer the Parkinson's classes. The only unfortunate thing for me is that each week I may have to watch my 2 granddaughters a couple days a week while their parents work. If I watch them I don't get to workout because $10 per day x 2 granddaughters x 2 days per week x 8 week = an additional $320 and that is out of my budget and wasteful because all they do all day long is text their friends on their phones and iPads.
  • Best services! But still , Few areas that might need improvements. 1. Indoor swimpool sometimes clorex(?) chemical is too strong. 2. Shower heads need replacement 3. Lost and found inside a clear window (?) would be helpful. I never get to find my lost items when they say they would go look for it behind the front desk.
  • Staff is friendly, the facility is clean and updated and I like Shana from yoga and enjoying coaching from Brian Perry.
  • They are always friendly and welcoming and do their best to meet my needs. And Elisabeth does a GREAT job!!
