Guided by Aubrey’s 8+ years in the healing arts, INHALE blends guided breathwork, sound healing, and energy cleansing using shamanic tools. This is more than a class — it’s a ceremony for your nervous system, your body, and your spirit.

Each month, we explore a theme inspired by the cycles of nature, the moon, and the seasons. Through intentional breathing, you’ll learn how to attune to your own inner cycles — whether you’re aligning with your menstrual rhythm or the energetic ebb and flow that lives within all women.

The session closes with gentle integration, allowing you to anchor your insights into daily life. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply in tune with yourself.

No previous breathwork experience is required — just an open heart and willingness to meet yourself where you are.

What to Bring:Mats, yoga blankets & cushions are provided, however feel free to bring anything that would enhance your experience or your comfort.
