Just read the announcements and saw Dior is leaving - she's one of my all-time favorites and will miss her beyond words! While I wish her the best I have a selfish request - is there any way she could leave us with a couple of videos? I'll miss her workouts but at least we could still have a little something left of her? Stella :(

We're kinda beginners but we were able to get a good workout with the instructor's modification. Plus it was not a bunch of complicated movements that are too difficult to try. Really appreciated Dior's manner of instructions
