Loved my experience. Tiffany was an engaging, friendly instructor who clearly knew her stuff! The studio is gorgeous (windows, brick, wood tones, everything is to die for from an interior design perspective). Music was just the right volume and vibe for the class. The class itself was just the right level of challenging and gave my core an excellent workout (feeling my obliques and gluteus medius today!) while also incorporating other major muscle groups. I'd absolutely come back!
