There are a lot of sports and fitness centres in West End but I'm confident that my experience at Forge can't be matched!! Kristen was the ultimate professional. She was knowledgeable, approachable, relatable and brought so much energy to my initial consultation. I went home thinking that I might actually have a chance at reaching my fitness goals.
