Matt's expertise is obvious. He is very motivating. When you join this gym you will immediately feel comfortable whether you are just beginning your fitness regimen or are coming from another gym. Forge Fitness is the best gym around. I highly recommend it.

Love the workouts, but mask enforcement would make it a 10! I have immunocompromised family members so others in class with masks around their chin (while coughing and sneezing) make it hard to concentrate on the workout/difficult to return.
